About Us:

Jaminns was set up in 2003 on Hamilton Island a privately owned island on the Great Barrier Reef to train bartenders in the art of mixology (making cocktails) and flair bartending (throwing bottles around).

Jaminns then set up in Europe in the Greek holiday resort of Faliraki and was based, and still is today, in Bristol in the UK. The launch in Bristol in 2005 hit the front pages of the Bristol Evening Post and was a feature on ITV.

Working alongside a cocktail bar in Bristol a new concept in entertainment was born with the launch of 'Cocktail Clinics'.

James Alex Maloney from Jaminns (pictured right) worked to develope these Cocktail Clinics to make this an integral part of the bar's operations.

Today Jaminns operates independently and uses a number of venues across the UK. We cater for Hen Parties, Corporate Team Building cocktail making classes and groups of friends wanting to do something a bit different. A Cocktail Making Class with Jaminns has become a 'MUST DO' activity in the UK & Jaminns has become the leader in delivering FUN cocktail making classes in the UK.

We have the facility to host the clinics in the privicy of your own home or workplace with our mobile bars & now work right across Europe.

Jaminns and the cocktails created by James Maloney have gained global media attention as far afield as New Zealand and have been featured on BBC, ITV and a long lists of local, national and international radio and newspaper stories over the past few years.
