What is a Cocktail Clinic?

A 'Cocktail Clinic' lasts around 2 hours and in that time you get to learn a brief history of cocktails, bar
equipment, free-pouring & how to mix up a selection of cocktails.

Then its your turn! you get to mix it up yourself, everybody in the group get behind the bar and makes the drinks themselves.

We normally mix up a Cosmopolitan with the group depending on the package you choose & then come the really exciting part......it's the mystery round where you have to create your own cocktail (check out some of the creations on the 'Cocktail of the Month' page this is just a selection of the best creations from last month.
