    Jamie did a fantastic job at our recent Hen Night Cocktail Master class in Southampton, generous, entertaining, approachable and actually it's not every hen night you learn some new skills. The drinks were fab, and the service from Jaminns was impeccable; a great event that really added to our Hen Night experience. I now just need to think of another reason to book Jaminns again!

  3. James!!! What a star!!! We had such a fantastic night because of Jamins. I had not a clue what to expect and was worrying a little as it was my best friends hen but it was absolutely fantastic, well organised and a great laugh. We were a really rowdy group but James went along with it as was really relaxed all evening (bless him!!!) The cocktails were amazing!!! All of the top brands were used and he was not tight with it, we ended up chucking alot on the floor with all of the techniques we were taught lol!!! Honestly if you are thinking of doing this, do it!!! A great experience and a fantastic Hen Party idea.

  6. What a brilliant time we had on Friday at our cocktail masterclass - thanks very much to James for making it so much fun for everyone and for being very patient with us as we were a little late! Def something I would recommend especially for hen parties such as ours as it caters for all ages and would without a doubt do it again.

  8. Cocktail party on Friday was absolutely amazing!!!! Thank you so much! Everyone commented on how great it was and I have said I'll pass the details on to everyone as a number have expressed interest in booking a party of their own in the future (I certainly will be!).
    James was brilliant, so friendly and really got everyone involved, it would be great to be able to request him for future classes. We were running a little late to start and then overran to finish but it was really good that he was in no rush so there was no pressure. The cocktail shakers were excellent as well, it was brilliant to get one which was the same as the one we had been using. Because it turned out we were another number down on the night, my dad (who dropped off my younger sister) stayed for a few demonstrations and he thoroughly enjoyed himself, and it was great how James incorporated him in to it - everyone had a laugh.

    Anyway, not a bad thing to say about the whole evening :) Thanks once again.

  9. I just wanted to say that myself and my collegues at Kroll had a fantastic time at the cocktail making workshop that you organised for us yesturday. Jason our cocktail maker was excellent, very friendly and engaging and my team really enjoyed the event and I received lots of great comments. Please pass my thanks on to Jason for making our 1.5 hours after the end of a long day very enjoyable.

  10. I organised a cocktail making session with Jaminn's for my close friends Hen Party on the 4th June 2011 and we all had a fantastic time! Chris was brilliant making lush cocktails, teaching us some cocktail shaking moves and fitting in so well with a large group of girls!!!   11. We had a fantastic time on Saturday and the cocktail lesson was superb. The lesson was really good and Tom's manner is very nice. All of our hens enjoyed the session and I would happily use and recommend your company again. I have yet to get as far as looking through the many many photos, but if I find any decent ones I will send the over.

  12. The cocktail class was fantastic, definately a highlight of the weekend. James is very good at dealing with a room full of girls. People loved the trick with lighting the orange and he did really well at making ppl do different things when making them, especially picking on the mums :-) I liked that the bride had to judge the contest it's a nice way of making her feel special.

  16. Our Cocktail Clinic with Thom was fantastic. Wll the girls really enjoyed themselves, even the ones that were not drinking! We had such a great time and will definitely be recommending it to friends, family and colleagues! It was such a great laugh and much better than even I had expected! A really great night. Thank you to Thom for putting up with us as I know we are a little on the crazy side at times.

    Thank you for accomodating our change of venue last minute as well. I am sure I will be in contact again soon to book another cocktail clinic.

  24. Went down a storm for my sisters hen party!! Lovely guy called Tom made us yummy cocktails and got everyone up and making some for themselves. We did the cocktail making for 2 hours before a night out in Bristol and it got everyone involved and in good spirits for the night ahead.

  31. The masterclass was awesome. Every single one of us really enjoyed it. Most people commented on how knowledgeable James was, but he made it really fun too. He was easy going and it was obvious that his single aim was to make our evening a success. To put it into once sentence, James made our night. If there was one thing I could have changed, it would be to have had him there for longer and make some more cocktails ourselves. I reckon you guys could make a 'bolt on' extra and people would pay for an extra hour to do some more mixing of their own. A really professional company with an outstanding professional delivery. All I can say is well done James. It must be tough to try to control 15 tipsy women!!!

  33. Matt provided pure entertainment for the two hours that he was with us. He did exceptionally well to entertain 12 such high spirited women, many of whom had quite sophisticated expectations, being London dwellers, used to cocktail and champagne bars, on a regular basis!
    However, he was just brilliant ; reading the room really well and pitching the entertainment perfectly. He was good fun, whilst genuinely being very informative. His presentation skills are excellent and he opened the session perfectly, explaining how the two hours would run.
    We all unanimously agreed that the two hours passed far too quickly, we throughly enjoyed ourselves and we also learned a lot too!
    We would have no hesitation in recommending Jaminn's (or Matt) again. Indeed, I passed on your details to a colleague on Monday, for a birthday party.

  34. We really enjoyed the cocktail session on Friday. Matt arrived promptly and set up, the cocktails he demonstrated and served were excellent. The evening was a great success and we all said we would love to have another one. Matt was fun and informative and a great barman. Can't add anything more, just a really good experience.

  39. I have to say we were absolutely DELIGHTED with our cocktail class. I cannot recommend it highly enough to everyone I meet. James was just fantastic. A patient, friendly and knowledgeable guy. We all had such fun. The cocktails were delicious and we even learned a lot about the subject which was fascinating. I'll definitely be looking out for another opportunity to do it again. The bar was also brilliant and it was so nice to have the bar area to ourselves and really let our hair down.

I would throughly recommend the whole experience from responses to initial emails, the booking/payment process, all was first class. On the day itself we had a fantastic time, learned some new skills and had a real giggle in the process!   48. Jamie came to deliver a cocktail making class on Saturday 2nd April as part of a friend's hen do in Croyde. He was really efficient at setting up and did a great job of putting up with 13 girls progressing from stone cold sober to 'not so sober'. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone who likes the idea of a more 'active and fun' way of drinking your time away.

  50. We booked Jaminn's for my sister's hen do last August - I'm really glad they've created this comment wall because I wanted to let people know how great the event was / company is.
    James was a star from the word go, really friendly and professional - and also patient, which was just as well as much faffing took place that evening on the part of us hens!
    Anyone considering booking Jaminn's for an event I'd say go for it, the evening was fun, interesting and a great way to warm people up and, in our case, kick off a fab hen weekend.
    Also the booking and payment etc (so if you're a worrier like me - ie, suspect every company of running off with your money - then worry not!)

James and John were excellent and they tried to teach us lots although we had already had a few glasses of bubbles before they arrive. The boys brought everything with them and clean up when they left. It was brilliant. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

An absolutely fantastic day and one we will never forget, booked this for my friends' 40th birthday as a surprise and told none of the 8 going what we were doing, on arrival we entered a swish cocktail bar which was very welcoming and had it all to ourselves. We desperately needed a few drinks after a hangover and what better way to do it!!! We had an absolute ball, we laughed all afternoon and left feeling merry and excited at what our little group had achieved. We even bought stuff to take home so we could re-create again!!! Definately going to do it all AGAIN!!! without a doubt. James is a fantastic host and have to say easy on the eye ladies!!!! ha ha. Brilliant!!!!!!! xxxxx

We thought that the session was extremely professional, great value for money as well as incredibly fun!!! Most of our friends said it was their favourite part of the hen do and lots of people asked for the company details for future events as they were equally as impressed!   6. I would like to say a HUGE thank you to Jaminns, and especially to James, for the fantastic experience that you provided for our hen party. The booking process was easy, efficient and hassle free. On the day itself, James arrived on time and set up the bar promptly so that he was ready to go when our hen arrived. James's delivery of the masterclass was perfectly pitched, a wonderful balance of teaching and fun, his personality kept the experience lighthearted and he was unfazed by our group of slightly tipsy hens. He was completely professional but not standoffish. The whole group agreed that he was fantastic!

  23. My friends organised a cocktail masterclass a a surprise for me on my hen weekend. It was such a great idea and we all had great fun and drank some very tasty cocktails. James was our bartender and he was fantastic. He made some great drinks, commanded the rowdy group and had a laugh with us all. Good quality spirits were used as well as mixers. We all enjoiyed making 2 drinks ourselves, another 2 to taste and then we split into 2 teams to invent our own cocktails based around the Hen which proved to be very funny! All in all it was a great evening and a fantastic idea for Hen parties which i would highly recommend!

We had an incredible time and we were laughing the whole way through... James also did us a massive favour by stepping in at the last minute and so that was really appreciated as well. James made the evening fun and interactive and produced some wicked cocktails for us to drink. However, I think the ones we all put together should best be forgotten (I have attached a couple of photos). Don't know what went in the grey one but apparently tasted just as bad as it looked.

    The feedback from the guests was all positive - great, wicked, fun, really enjoyable, potent, ummmm, yuck!!! (in a good way).

    Some of the guests, the hen included, have been to various parties before with cocktail making sessions and they all said this was the best one by far. I think the teams and the actual 'lesson' was what swung it. As far as I am aware other companies just make a few drinks which is much less interactive.   86. We had a super evening with Luke on Tuesday evening. We all LOVED the venue at Opium.  No one had been there before and I am sure we will individually be visiting again.
    Luke was an excellent host and instructor - clearly knew his cocktail craft! He coped with our group very well, used the advance info I had supplied effectively (including provision of a Hula Hoop packet for the final challenge), kept it lightheaterd and kept us on track for the tasks ..and his instructions were so good I could remember them the next day, when I tried to reproduce the winning cocktail recipe. Emma was delighted with that part of her Hen Day - it contributed to a perfectly memorable and 'fairy tale' day for her.

  88. Tom was our cocktail man for the evening and we had great fun. Our hen party was pretty loud but Tom was a gentleman and just went with it. The hen certainly enjoyed the cocktails! Would thoroughly recommend Jammins - they are very professional, they arrive on time, set everything up, use the best ingredients and completely tidy up after themselves. The cocktails are really good, if a little lethal!

  89. It exceeded my expectations. I was quite nervous As to the quality of the event and if it was suitable for everyone. As my managers were coming all eyes were on the event! The place was buzzing the day after and my managers feed back was immense!

  90. Tom did a fantastic job and really entered into the spirit of the hen night (poor man!) I would recommend Jaminns to anyone. The cocktail making was one of the best parts of the hen weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, thank you!

  92. We booked jaminns for Cerris hen do in Brighton. Yale and Sean came to our holiday let which we had for the weekend. Yale was brilliantly patient with us all, and an excellent tutor! We will all be using our cocktail making skills for the hens 'home' hen do. I would definately recommend the class to other groups (not just hen do's).

  93. Yael was our boy and what a star he was. We were a group of very loud girls in the prime of our lives celebrating a friend's big birthday so we were in a party mood anyway and Yael just went with the flow, throwing himself into the event. It was absolutely FAB, as a group we out to have a good time and Yael made it a great time! Thanks everyone!

  94. We had such good fun at our 'Sex & The City' cocktail making class in Bath. The class took place at Opium with Luke as our barman!

    We all thoroughly enjoyed the night and it definitely set us up for an evening of cocktails....!!!

    Would recommend for a hen party or just a girls night out - thanks again!

  95. What a start to Kerans 50th birthday in Bath,.We all had the most wonderful evening. Yael was absolutely perfect, what a laugh. He kept 12 rowdy women in check and entertained us with fabulous cocktails. I am looking for an excuse to use you again!.

  96. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening! Yael was our bartender for my friend's 50th birthday and was just brilliant. It was not an easy job for him as he had to manage a group of middle aged women, who were all extremely loud before we started drininking! Yael had a great sense of humour and we learnt so much about the cocktails that we carried on the next day. I know that we will be doing this again soon. The whole experience started our weekend of celebrations off perfectly. Thank you again Yael!
