How do I pay for my order?

Payment can be made over the phone in advance via debit or credit card, Cash on delivery is available for registered contract customers only.

If I order a container of ice for my party & my friends don't turn up, can I get a refund? 

This question actually gets asked & the answer is no...sorry! unfortunately ice is not a product that can then be resold to another client.
