I'm having a party how long in advance should I order my ice?

We can get very busy typically on Thursday / Friday & Saturday so we recommend if your having a party on a weekend & require ice then you look to place an order around a week before for private clients.

When will my delivery arrive?

On the day of delivery we will provide you with a 2 hour time window for delivery. Our containers can hold ice for up to 7 days when full so even if your party is in the evening it will be no problem to receive the delivery either in the morning of the event or event the day before if it's more suitable for you.

I run a bar & we crush our own ice by hand for cocktails like Mojitos why should I buy crushed ice ready made?

There's very good reason to buy crushed ice rather than crushing it by hand. We all know time is money & when your bar is 5 deep of customers on a Saturday night having crushed ice on hand could not only provide huge savings in labour costs, but also provide quicker more efficient & a proffesional service & image to your clients.

I work on the top floor of a 15 story office block do you charge extra for deliveries above ground level.

If there is lift access we will happily delivery to any floor level without any additional charges in Bristol & Bath. If there is stairs only access to your premises above ground level this may incur additional charges.

How heavy are your containers when full? 

VERY HEAVY!!! for this reason we strongly recommend 2 people carry the container should you wish to move it around at your party.

What happens if we lose or damaged the ice container?

If the ice container is lost or damaged at your event you will be charged a replacement fee of £195 per container.
